According to Food Blogger Nithya Ravi, “Kozhakattai is a very popular sweet in Tamil Nadu especially made during Ganesh Chaturthi. It is similar to what Modaks are in Maharashtra. It is made with rice flour and has a filling of jaggery and coconut.
